Terms of service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, booking, listing a venue or using the platform, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. You must be legally capable of entering a contract; a guardian must act for a minor. Provide accurate information and keep credentials and OTPs confidential.

2. Marketplace role

EIKHOI TURF provides discovery, booking, communication and payment technology. Venue owners remain responsible for venue safety, permits, availability, pricing, staff, facilities and delivery of the booked service. We may verify or moderate listings but do not guarantee every owner statement.

3. Bookings and payments

A booking becomes confirmed only when the application shows confirmed status. A temporary hold is not confirmation and may expire. Prices, taxes, payment method, slot duration and applicable promotion are displayed before confirmation. Never pay outside the stated method unless choosing an authorised pay-at-venue booking.

4. User conduct

• Do not provide false details, impersonate others, misuse reviews or interfere with availability.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, attack, automate abusive requests or bypass access controls.
• Follow venue safety rules, lawful staff instructions and scheduled time limits.
• Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory or harmful content.

5. Reviews and content

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, moderate and reproduce it for operating and promoting the service. Reviews must reflect genuine eligible bookings. We may hide content that breaches these terms, law or moderation standards.

6. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access for fraud, safety risk, payment abuse, repeated cancellations, unlawful conduct or breach of these terms. We will provide notice and a grievance route where practicable. You remain responsible for accrued payment and booking obligations.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service but internet, payment, mapping and venue services can be interrupted. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any platform liability for a specific booking is limited to the amount paid through PitchPerfect for that booking, except in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or other non-excludable liability.

8. Disputes and law

Raise booking issues promptly through support. We will attempt good-faith resolution without restricting statutory consumer remedies. These terms are governed by Indian law, and courts with lawful jurisdiction in Manipur will have jurisdiction, subject to consumer-forum rights and mandatory law.
